Large rural building around Valfabbrica ; from here  it is easy to reach both Assisi and Gubbio towns.

The countryhouse is divided into two parts:  in one side live the onwers.

The other side is reserved to guests and it is composed of 2 apartments that can be rented only togheter to a maximum of 9 persons.

Guesta have the exclusive use of a large portico, well equipped with some garden sofa and a table and chairs to eat outside.

The property is fendced off and has a vaste garden space with an area equipped with  children´s games.

The swimming-pool (12x6) and the solarium equipped with sunchairs are in common use with the owners.

The furniture is in simple rustic style.

Pets are not allowed.
