Casale La Fattoria is a typical independent countryhouse with private pool, in a vaste resort with various countryhouses moreless 1 kms. away from the central biulding where is also a 4* hotel. Assisi town centre is at about kms. 6 away.
The countryhouse is furnished in a perfect rustic style with some antiques furniture and offers an elegant and comfortable atmosphere.
The villa is not fenced off but guests have a private parking area and the exclusive use of a pool (12 x 5) at a few meters from the house. The pool has a jacuzzi system and is equipped with some sunchairs.
It is possible to cover the pool with a sliding system during the cooler periods.
There is an open space equipped with table and chairs. Woodden oven. Barbecue.
