In hilltop position this villa is at about km.1 from Paciano village and has a gorgeous panoramic view on the countryside around Trasimeno Lake.
Paciano is one of the "most beautiful villages in Italy": it is surrounded by medieval walls and between halleys and small piazza offers various services and some nice local restaurants; on Summer there are several events on the open air.
At a few distance from the property there is the border between Umbria and Tuscany, so it is easy to reach some nice towns like Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena and Cortona.
Chiusi railway station is reachable in 15 mintes driving: from here it is possible to reach Rome and Florence by train with moreless 1 hour and half journey.
The villa has been furnished with care and taste and offers a very comfortable atmosphere.
It is surrounded by a nice garden and has an open space equipped to eat outside.
At exclusive guest´s use there is a nice swimming-pool (12 x5) with solarium area and some sunbeds.
Pool towels are included in the rate (1 per person per week).
At guest´s disposal: laundry with washing-machine and ironing facilities, 1 cot, 1 highchair.
For reservations of 2 or more weeks, on Saturday morning the cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms, as weel as the linen change are included in the rate.

At the time of confirmation is required the payment of a not refundable deposit of € 6,00 per person: it is included and insurance for damages to the property till the amount of € 300,00 in total.
