Villa Roberta is a big modern villa in mid-hill position and offers a very nice view on the ancient village of Deruta at a walking distance of about 800 mts. away.
The villa is furnished in modern style: has a large living-room, a very well equipped kitchen and a pleasant private Spa with jacuzzi bath and sauna on the top floor.
The garden is well kept and there is a relaxing swimming-pool (10x5), panoramic on the village and equipped with sunbeds and sunchairs.
Pool towels are furnished (one per person per week) and are included in the rate.
Both the portico of the villa and the pergola of the dependance are equipped with garden furniture and are ideal to eat outside and to relax. Near the dependance there are a barbecue and a woodden-oven.
For reservations of more then one week ( only with rates for 12 and 10 persons) on Saturday morning (9.00-13.00) is included in the rate the cleaning of the bathrooms and the kitchen, both in the villa and in the dependance.
At guest´s disposal: table tennis, babybed, highchair, ironing facilities.
Private parking till 3 cars inside the property and one external parking place.
Air conditioning system in all the bedrooms, in the private spa and in dependance.
Tv in all the rooms.
Internet wifi.
Small pets are allowed on request (max 1). To be reported before the booking confirmation.
