Villa Afrodite is an elegant property in a very central position in the Umbrian countryside between Perugia and Todi.
It has been wisely restored and furnished with care in shabby chic style . It is composed by a main countryhouse with three elegant suites and two dependances.
The property is fenced off, has a large parking and is surrounded by a nice garden with a large pergola ideal to organize events on the open air till 40 persons.
At guest´s exclusive use there is a relaxing infinity pool (14x7) with view on the cultivated fields; nearby the pool there is a solarium terrace equipped with sunchairs.
The main countryhouse has a big living-room with fireplace also ideal to organize events (till 80 persons seated); a professional kitchen with inside a pizza oven and a barbecue.
On the ground floor of the main countryhouse there is a fantastic private Spa equipped with: jacuzzi bath, Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, emotional shower, cromotheraphy, herbal tea area, relax area toilet with dress room.
When clients rent the whole property with weekly rates the exxclusive use pf private spa is included every day from 9.00am to 19pm. Extra use of SPA after 19.00pm is on rerquest and with an extra charge to be paid locally.
There is a person from the staff that opens, closes and cleans the Spa: this person may enter the Spa by an external door without disturb the clients.
Pool towels are available (one towel per person per week).
It is included an extra cleaning of all the houses done on mid of the week.
It is possible to require an extra change of bed/bath towels: euro 20,00 per room per change.
All the windows have mosquito nets , apart the "French" windows.
Air co system in all the rooms included in the rate.
Internet wi-fi included in the rate.
Pets are not allowed.
