Laid down on the hills around Bolsena Lake this small villa is an enchanting shelter for a couple.
Bolsena town centre is at about kms.2 away and is interesting to be visited to discover medieval buildings and to taste local food in small restaurants and "trattorie".
A panoramic tour around Bolsena Lake is also interesting to do, to visit small towns like Capodimonte (famous for its ceramics) and Montefiascone (well known for its white wines).
Civita di Bagnoregio "the city that dies" is at about kms.15 away.
The beaches of Riviera degli Etruschi are at about 1 hour and half driving away.
The garden around Villa Frigena is large: there is an hexagonal swimming-pool at exclusive clients´s use equipped with sunchairs and surrounded by olive trees.
Pool towels are included.
The owners live in another house in the same property but don´t use the pool and grant max privacy to guests.
The villa is furnished with care with very relaxing clear colours.
The portico is ideal for relax and to eat outside: there are table and chairs and a barbecue.
Air-co in the bedroom. Wi-fi. DVD. Tv.
For reservations of 2 or more weeks, on Saturday morning are included the cleaning of the house and the linen change.
Welcome pack on arrival.
At the time of reservation is required the payment of a not refundable deposit € 6,00 per person; it is included an insurance for damages to the property till the amount of € 300,00.
Pets are not allowed.
